Our Approach to Returns

We stand behind the tools we sell because we've used tools like them ourselves, on real jobs. If something you ordered isn't right — wrong item, damaged in transit, or just not what you expected — we want to make it easy to fix.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Returns requested after this window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Tools that show signs of use, wear from use, or missing components may be denied a full refund or may qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we shipped you the wrong item, we cover the full cost of return shipping. Email  info@erbinblog.com with your order number and a photo of the item or damage, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund once the issue is confirmed — no cost to you.

Exchanges for Buyer's Preference

If you'd like to exchange an item because it wasn't the right size, model, or fit for your needs — rather than due to a defect or shipping error — return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the unused item back in its original condition, we'll process the exchange promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, show wear consistent with field use, or are missing original packaging or components are generally not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether a specific item qualifies, contact us before sending anything back.

How to Start a Return

Email info@erbinblog.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return. We'll respond with return instructions and, for damaged or incorrect items, a prepaid return shipping label.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
